Rupee hedge costs may rise as banks retreat from buy-sell swaps
Banks raised $132.98 billion of FCNR(B) deposits under RBI's June swap. Kotak puts the eventual bill, with interest, at $160 billion to $170 billion, a looming risk for dollar funding.
