How to report a mistake
Email contact@procupy.com with the subject line "Correction". Include the link to the story, what is wrong, and if you can, a source that shows the right information.
What we do
- We check the report against the original sources, usually within one working day.
- If the story is wrong, we correct it and add a dated correction note at the end that says what changed.
- If the mistake changes the main point of the story, we say so in the note and update the headline and summary.
- If a story cannot be fixed, we take it down and say why.
We do not silently change facts in published stories.
