BCGCL starts Odisha coal-to-chemicals build with ₹15,000 crore awarded
Bharat Coal Gasification has begun site work on a ₹25,000 crore Odisha plant and placed ₹15,000 crore of orders, but the output is earmarked for Coal India's own mines.
